Hotel Escala Puebla Centro

Nuestra reserva la hicimos unos días antes nuestro check in lo íbamos hacer a las 7:00 pm y si no hablamos nos cancelan la reservación, para que entonces uno hace la reservación y da como garantía la tarjeta de crédito si ellos no respetan la reserva. Hicimos 2 reservas en en una que pagamos doble hasta para 4 personas hicieron que pagáramos el extra de las dos personas porque en la reserva pusimos que 2 personas pero pagamos la habitación de hasta 4 personas se me hizo algo injusto ya que aunque se pagó la reserva familiar de hasta 4 personas más el extra de 2 personas. La zona si está algo insegura todos los taxistas lo confirmaban, en cuanto a las habitaciones ninguna queja súper limpias, solo que la cama bastante dura.

If you're used to amenities from regular hotels such as coffee maker or mini fridge, this is not the place for you because it does not have any of that. BUT that is not the problem. The basic features of a hotel such as safety, service, hot water and assistance from some of the staff are terrible. This guy Miguel was so rude and unprofessional. The tv wasn't working, the door would hit the sink so you can't really open it, and were only two outlets to plug in electronic devices. This obviously someone's weird investment on a questionable neighborhood with terrible construction and poor management. Don't get fooled by the prices online, look for something closer to the downtown area.

La calle perpendicular a la de acceso tenía montones de basura y como cruzan los carros para estacionarlos en la calle pues quitan espacio peatonal

Everything was excellent. Staff additions are great. All staff was polite and took care of business, efficiently. It was a quiet stay.

Llegamos en la noche y nos vamos muy temprano, pero si duda son muy amables, nos dieron miles de recomendaciones y aclararon cada duda que tuvimos!el hotel es muy limpio.
