second time here and love it for a short staycation venue. quick rest before we continue our journey. value for money

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before because of its convenient location near the bus terminal and city centre.

my experience was quite disappointing due to poor communication and service coordination. Initially, I booked for one night and later decided to extend my stay. I had already sent a message via WhatsApp to inform the hotel, but there was no response. On the night of my stay, I reported that the hair dryer in my room was not functioning. The staff provided an extra hair dryer, which I appreciated. However, the next morning at around 9:30 AM, a staff member knocked on my door asking to repair the hair dryer. This was very disturbing as I was sleeping.. Later, at 11:30 AM, the front desk called again to remind me about check-out, which further disrupted my rest. Overall, the communication between the night shift and morning shift staff was not well coordinated. I also requested three extra hangers, but was informed that there were none available. At around 0105pm, I requested for my room to be made up. While waiting, I went for lunch. After the room was cleaned, no one informed me, and I waited at the lobby until I personally went to ask the front desk. Housekeeping did not change the bedsheets and blanket cover in Room 1045. A small red lipstick stain on the bedsheet was still there, indicating the linen was not replaced. This was disappointing and needs improvement. I had to remind the front desk staff to extend my room key. As a guest, I feel this should have been handled proactively by the staff without the need for repeated reminders. The location of the hotel is good, but I hope the management can improve staff communication, service coordination, and guest handling to ensure a more comfortable and restful stay for guests.
