Value for money

The hallway smelled like marijuana and the rooms had a little odor too. The rooms did not have a blow dryer, iron and iron board. I had to get that from the front desk. I did like the queen bed, they were comfortable and liked the mini kitchen. There also was a lot of noise in the middle of the night that kept waking us up. The television wasn’t working good either.

My first reservation over charged than I renewed another night which was good then I renewed one more night and I went out came back and there's no tv no signal when I called the front desk could not get when it will be fixed. I'm sorry a room with no tv is not worth the money!!!!!!!

I was over charged for Tuesday and Wednesday!

I honestly had an amazing stay I do recommend staying here another time I'm in town thank you so much for the staff they are such wonderful women.

Nice area with many restaurants and stores within a mile. Nothing fancy but a nice place to stay for a reasonable price. Love having a full fridge, microwave, and small stove top.

It would help if I was able to actually check into the hotel, I booked the room without realizing there was no pool, and they wouldn't allow me to cancel despite calling almost immediately after booking, and having not checked in. After they refused I arrived to check in with no one to be found at the front counter. There was a sign stating they would be returning, and if something was needed to call a certain extension after ringing the bell calling the extension 10 times and waiting about 15 minutes, I finally called hotels.com and demanded refund as I was not even able to check into the room. Still haven't received a refund, never did get anybody even trying to contact me, even after calling and complaining that nobody was there to check me in. I literally my first ever bad experience in any hotel in my life, and believe me I've stayed in some real dumps traveling for work ...like 1 star dumps. And while those facilities and most likely the area in town of which they are located was complete crap, they still rank higher than an expensive hotel with zero employees working.
