I stayed there June 5 to 8, 2025. I picked it due to seeing mostly positive reviews, and price. Still, the price ended up being nearly $200 per night which was, I think, overpriced for what it was. First, the staff was SUPER nice and helpful. My first warning sign was seeing staff members on break right outside the entrance smoking (though a sign says no smoking within 25 feet of the entrance). I've never smoked a single cigarette in my life and I'm very aware and put off by cigarette smell. I've found that smokers themselves aren't good at detecting the smell of cigarettes. I mentioned to the very nice lady at the front desk that I don't want a room that smells of cigarettes and she gave me the standard "oh no, this building is 100% smoke free." I replied that EVERY hotel says that, but I've found it difficult to find a room that didn't smell of cigarettes. She sent a staff member (who I had seen smoking outside) up to "check the room" and I was told it was "fine". However the room DID have that smell, though not overpowering like it often is, so I didn't say anything. (I've found it pointless to ask for a different room, in hotels like this all the rooms smell the same.) Underneath the smell of cigarettes was a smell like old McDonalds burgers and fries. Generally with these hotels I open the window so as much fresh air as possible can come in, but because the overnight low was 90 degrees and the high 105 the room wouldn't be livable if had I done that. The hallways smelled too, a different smell, a general musty smell with dog smell added (several residents had dogs, and with the 100 degree heat the dogs obviously had to stay in the rooms). The lobby, I realised, had its own musty smell. Waiting for somebody I sat on the couch in the lobby but got up right away because the couch was damp, slightly sticky, and very smelly. (By now you're thinking I'm overly sensitive to odors, but I'm actually far less aware of them than my wife, who would have walked out of this place the moment she smelled the room, if she even got that far given the smell of the lobby and hallways.) On the positive side the room had a fullsize fridge, and a microwave, amenities I wasn't expecting. WiFi was free but a bit slow. You had to pay extra to upgrade to higher-speed service. The room and bedding were perfectly clean. I was surprised that the only amenities in the bathroom were one tiny bottle of shampoo (no conditioner) and one small bar of soap. In truth they were adequate but I should have brought my own shampoo and conditioner.

Is very quiet places, good place to spend a night!

This place is in very good condition and very clean. Bed is comfortable. Nothing at all fancy, though. Very spartan.

The room was very roomy.

Housekeeping never came by
