The more or less private beach (really great for snorkeling!) and the beach bar/restaurant!

The superior double room is a cheaply built, tiny room. Bathroom has one drain in the center. If someone takes a shower: everything soaked. Breakfast at €25,- is also not okay, I’d put it’s value at €10. The so-called “kitchen” is the tiniest thinkable stove/microwave combination you could imagine. It works, but you can’t do more than a one-pot meal, really.

Lovely location and the quiet beach was good with enjoyable swimming and snorkling The facilities and service were a bit underwhelming. The breakfast restaurant is expensive and the bar not open and the beach restaurant not open each day. Housekeeping didn't always happen without asking.

Très jolie chambre avec une vue mer. Cest propre calme. La terrasse dispose dune petite cuisine et d'un "bac a punch" c'est a dire d'un petit jacuzzi mais sans bulles. Le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce quils proposent mais le cadre est beau. A mon sens il manque vraiment une piscine dans ce complexe. C'est bizarre pour un 4 étoiles

Un site incontestablement de qualité Mais une déception quant à l’arrivée lorsque l’on nous annonce qu’un contact doit être établi avec Hotel. Com pour savoir si un coût supplémentaire doit être généré parce que nous nous présentons à deux Pas d’eau pour se doucher mais traitement rapide du problème Plage en contre bas qui ne prête pas à la Baignade tant il y a de de détritus et bouteille Aucun document remis à la sortie quant à la caution

This Caribbean hotel and spa is a lovely Oasis on Basse Terre. The staff are very friendly and the relatively new establishment is located on a breathtaking cliff with fantastic views of the sea. A short walk down the hill and there is a very quiet beach with access to the warm water and a restaurant bar full of flavors and libations.

Genial

Very calm and comfortable.

Beautiful surroundings and view and sunset. Rooms are very nice. But service and personnel not to standard and especially not meeting the high price tag.
