The hotel is perfectly located in central Newcastle but on a quiet street, allowing for peace and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the partnership with a local gym meant you could get a proper workout in. We also enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar.

It wasn't always easy to find a member of staff, but when you did they were very friendly & helpful

Lighting terrible No free bottle water I have stayed in many 5 star and you need to improve The concierge doesn’t even assist with bags to your room. Stayed 2 nights - No fresh towels and were only given 2 bath mats that were not replaced and wet. The coffee and tea were not replaced and the coffee cup and spoon were not replaced with clean items. Extremely disappointing never recommend to anyone.

Location, customer service, decor, amenities (especially the Dyson dryer!) was awesome. Your front-facing staff were incredible, and even the cleaning staff (who I didn't see) left me towel animals holding my books!!! It was incredibly adorable. My dog was treated SO well, and I will consider QT hotels from now on because of my positive experience of how they treated me and my dog as a travelling family <3

I have a small frame and am active so I generally always sleep on soft mattresses and pillows because that suits my lifestyle and body type, but man even the bed and pillows here were too soft for my liking. Cloudlike bordering on saggy. My back was sore.

Paid for a king room and got a queen room.. was really expensive. NO PARKING AVAILABLE despite being promised .
