Everything . Great location close restaurant waterfront and tram .

Wine a bit expensive . Staff on checkin did not really explain dining options . I did not realise that we could have used the restaurant when we checked in at 6.30. It was not clear to us. I told the receptionist we wanted to get some food. She only mentioned the roof top bar not the restaurant. We later realised that we could have eaten in the restaurant which was part of the hotel.

The location was good and the view was limited but good (level 7) The staff were friendly and helpful.

The price of the room was a little more for the expectation but still ok and the bathroom with separate bath and shower was great. The cocktail prices for the size of the drinks were a bit expensive, but the drinks were nice.

A nice relaxed boutique hotel in the city of New Castle. The staff were so friendly and nice. The was has that wow factor and very comfortable . The bed allowed you to sink in and drift off with two large pillows. I slept very very well and had to push myself to get up in the morning. The whole hotel is very chic .There are three areas to eat or have a drink the bar downstairs, the roof top bar and they have a nice restaurant called Jana. The hotel is 2 miles walk from the light rail stop and a 10 minutes walk down to the beach area . There is a supermarket and bottle shop and a great Asian restaurant called Oh My Papa behind the hotel . We stayed for two nights and highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Great location. Close to public transport but walking distance to lots that Newcastle has to offer. Our room had a view of the harbour ... loved watching all the activity of this busy port. Room was a good size with a large, impressive bathroom. Small lounge, chair and mini bar. The rooftop bar has great views but a little pricey. Included breakfast package was definitely worth it. All staff were friendly and helpful. Self check in/out kiosk was great.

I liked the long pillows on the king bed, partner didn't.
