Golden Hotel

It was a great place to stay the reception staff were very helpful. Clean tidy and quiet

The TV was playing up but that was very minor. Great stay

Everything in and outside. Very convenient place to stay. Its near to eveything and bus stop on bith ends are just a few steps outside the hotel.

I thought there was a gym 😁 but still doesnt affect its excellence.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Golden Hotel very much. So roomy & clean with plenty of bench space & facilities. Good Freeview television reception, lovely warm heat pump in the room & an ever so comfortable bed. AND the Rain Shower was just fabulous! Only a few minutes' walk to the Riccarton Westfield Mall, plus a bus stop at the front door & only a short ride to Christchurch City. If I ever have to come down to Riccarton again I will definitely be staying there. Thank you and Congratulations on operating such a welcoming hotel.

The only critique I have is that the light in the rangehood wasn't working and I had trouble seeing what I was doing in the kitchenette. A friendly staff member told me that they didn't have a spare in the supply cupboard.
