Golden Hotel

Room was comfortable. Shower was very good. We had a nice stay despite the wrong room type..

When we checked in, we were given room keys and we went to our room. We had booked a Deluxe King, but the room they gave us was two Queens. I went back to the check in and explained that I had booded a King room. She said that they didn't have a King so they "upgraded us for free" to the double Queen. We didn't see it as an upgrade. Can be a little dicey getting in and out of parking lot at busy times.

Brilliant large room, great bed, really quiet, fantastic shower and great to have the kitchen facilities in the room which were more than adequate. It was lovely to have Netflix in a big screen TV.! bus right outside takes you straight to the centre of town comfortable parking great to have the little calf downstairs and really good reasonable restaurant Next Door. Staff were charming and efficient.

Very convenient, bus stop next to hotel and lots of food choices. Good breakfast at hotel cafe. I was upgraded to a quiet room at the rear of the hotel. Bathrobe and slippers provided and great little kitchenette.

Hotel lobby needs a bit of attention. Reception area a bit too casual. Nottes on wall a bit tacky.
