The Grove by AvantStay

Property was super close to Broadway and other attractions. Loved being in music city. So much to see and do. Will have to visit again, but not during Christmas because everything was closed. The vibe and scenery makes you want to come back. Property was spacious enough for our group of 9. The kitchen was well equipped.

The stairs are a bit much, but to be expected in a four level home. Our guest just considered it a part of the daily workout.

Large property with three en-suite bedrooms and another by a bathroom. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. Not too far to drive into town or use scooters/bikes. We were generally pleased with our stay apart from a few niggles.

Tall townhouse with lots of stairs - OK unless you have mobility issues. Parking available but for a fee, although you can park for free in the road outside except for a few hours middle of the day. There were stains on some linen. The main living area has nice TV and some games, but had barely enough comfortable seating for our group of 6 nor enough seats at the breakfast bar - would have been a real issue if you had 8 or 10 staying.

Standard apartment at No 5 but not the luxurious apartment we booked at No 1 the Grove and although location was good felt let down at No 1 which was booked was not clean when we arrived

Bad service that confirmation had been received the day before we arrived and at 4pm when we could access the property found that it had not been cleaned

Location. Beds comfortable, very spacious, clean everything you needed.

Clean and spacious with all the mod cons

Great place. Nice facilities Bathroom for every bedroom. Nice balcony area - it is on 3rd floor.

Trouble getting in the door on checkin. Back up key card was missing. Showed someone else tried to access our room about an hour before we got there. Took a while to get in room. Needed an immediate call back - took over an hour. Next morning after check in debacle, someone showed up to clean our room, as if we were checking out. We had the place for 2 more days. If we hadn't been there. Our stuff might have been cleaned out. Daily parking cost of $23 per day. Street parking is only good for evening. Wasn't an issue for us - but for others to note. It is 3 story home. 1 BR on floor 1, 2BR on floor 2, 1 BR on floor 3. Some beds are low to the ground. Not a Issue for us, but could be n issue for others.

Wonderful communication, smooth check-in. We had a great time in Nashville. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.
