Automatização deveria ser um recurso que melhorasse a estadia das pessoas e não só atendesse aos interesses do hotel! Você entra no quarto e o interruptor de luz fica distante e emite uma luz fraca! As cortinas fecham e abrem muito lentamente e estão programadas a fechar sempre que vc sai do quarto! Logo, sempre está escuro quando vc entra no quarto! O corretor está sempre escuro e você não conseque ver nem o botão do elevador direito

Location, Staff, breakfast, and vibe

Rooms were a bit small

I love the security precautions. You had to use your keycard to use the elevator and to access the lobby after 8pm. The hotel was clean and accommodating. All the staff were kind and helpful when needed. I also liked that the breakfast had different options everyday. The rooms were very compact, but equally efficient in the layout. So this is a great choice for solo travelers or 2 people who are comfortable being in a smaller space together. The lobby decor felt kinda random, but it was still fun

The window didn't open. And the decor/colors in the hallways and throughout the hotel were a bit unsettling. Lots of red tones and all the "people" in the decor give off uncanny valley vibes. By the end of our trip we nicknamed it Murder Hotel lol but I would still choose to stay here again.

Staff was great and breakfast exceeded my expectations. The lobby area was really nice too.

My bed mattress was alittle too firm for me and it felt alittle itchy.
