I really enjoyed this hotel. In the morning, I wanted some decaf coffee, and even though it wasn't on the complimentary table, staff made it for me for free. The check in staff was also really helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous.

The room is extra small, but I knew that going in- so it's all good.

The hotel's location is outstanding, right across from the ferry terminal and just a short walk from the train station. Many of the city's main attractions are within easy walking distance. Although breakfast is not included and must be purchased separately, it is reasonably priced and well worth it. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a guest laundry facility. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Interesting location. Liked the lobby with books and games.

Room was ridiculously small. Can’t get out of bed without literally having to crawl over your partner. Self checkin. Zero room amenities. $40 up charge for late checkout.

Even though the room is small - 180 sq feet. It is a very cozy comfortable room for a couple. The amenities are great. The technology use is fantastic. We had the best sleep of our lives. The bar downstairs is full service and they have board games in the lobby area which provides for a great experience overall.
