Excellent stay … clean rooms, comfortable beds.

On your official website, there says you offer luggage storage service but when i asked for it the lady at the reception said you guys do not offer such service. I actually showed her the website page but she claimed that the website is run by a third party and it was not updated. This caused me a big problem because I dont have a car. I tried to figure out a solution but there is no locker service nearby. I asked how would you guys deal with lost items? Somehow she misunderstood my question and said your hotel actually offer service to receive packages on behalf of guests. She said the hotel can do that because you are sure that the guest will come to pick up. When you think about there is actually no guarantee thus not a reasonable explanation to me. I assume that you do not throw away lost items of guests but store them somewhere for a reasonable time for the guest to contact and retrieve them. So technically this is a luggage storage service. I dont see why you cannot provide luggage storage if you deal with lost items. Additionally, you staff mentioned that you guys even take deliveries for guests, so that is an item storage service. Same thing just different names. Your staff is not helping when the mistake is on your hotel side. I even suggested that I can place my luggage behind the front desk and sign a paper saying that anything happens to my items will be on me and no fault of the property but your staff insisted that this is not an option. I have reminded your staff that the website should be updated, information is misleading and was not expected from a big brand like best western inn. On top of that this is not an acceptable excuse either since this is not the first day you opened. This ruined my whole experience unfortunately.

Great place

Very accommodating. Travelling with elderly parents. Not able to get adjoining rooms, but we're given rooms beside each other. Breakfast was good. Full hot breakfast options plus cereals. Close to shopping.

Everything was satisfactory.

Love this design, nice open concept, very tidy.

The floor in the bathroom we’re a little dirty. The air conditioning unit was very noisy. I did let them know on my way out.

I generally love this hotel. I’ve stayed a few times now and it’s beautiful and perfectly located and the staff is so kind and quick to help. However, this time I was on the ground level floor which is next to the lobby. It was extremely loud up until around 1-2am as the lobby is huge and an open concept, the noise echoed down the hall and it was insane. I did not sleep at all those 3 nights I stayed. Whoever designed the hotel should not have put any rooms next to be the lobby. Otherwise, love the hotel, just won’t stay on the ground level ever again.

We were only there long enough to sleep and shower. We had a full itinerary so we really couldn’t take advantage of all the amenities, but we slept well. 😊

Hotel still looks Brand New. Great Breakfast. 3 Minutes from Hospital where we were working.
