"Excellent"

When we arrived we found staff ok. Went to our room and tv wasn’t working. Staff member came and couldn’t figure out why. Front desk said Bell was out. Online Bell had no issues in the area. Family we were visiting had no issues with same service. Finally back on our last night. Breakfast area was good!! Lady working was wonderful!

"Good"

Great beds. Included breakfast is good and attendant is friendly. Lost power twice-no generator Lost cable for 2 days Pool heater broken for our entire week and sign appeared old and tattered indicating a long-term issue. Non- functional receptacles despite breaker reset. Overall this new-ish property seemed poorly maintained and staff appeared disinterested.

The location of the hotel was excellent. There were many shopping choices and dining options nearby. The hotel was clean. We were greeted as we came in. The breakfast was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

"Horrible night"

Die Betten

Early on the second evening, the smoke detector in our room suddenly went off repeatedly with a deafening noise. Hotel staff made several unsuccessful attempts to turn it off. Finally, a portable smoke detector was installed for us. At 4:30 a.m., the alarm went off again. We jumped up with a start, grabbed our things, and ran to the reception with the smoke detector. The night was over for us. The receptionist apologized as we checked out and told us that only the hotel manager could address our sleepless night. He would contact us by email the same day. Despite my repeated attempts by email, the hotel management has not yet seen fit to respond. We cannot recommend the hotel under this management and are very disappointed with Bed & Western.
