"Poor management and housekeeping"

We had a good time at the hotel but only after we returned home did their drama begin- they initially contacted me for not finding the TV remote which was right in between the sheets following that charged my card $400 because of a simple coffee stain which they were unable to prove that couldn't be removed using a stain remover. The duty managers have been so poor and arrogant with their response back to me and not returning my calls when asked to speak to senior management. It's over 1 week now and no response from their higher management explaining the costs and proof showing the T&Cs. Very poor form and the after taste left behind is obnoxious.
