"Perfect Business stay"

Great place to stay. All aspects of this hotel were great. The gym was very well quipped, staff were helpful and friendly and great showers! Also, very convenient to visit my local warehouse. Food, Service, Room quality all on point. Close to some great restaurants too.

"A little of care for the customer would have went a long way"

Good rooms, good location and facilities were fine

It was a 3pm check on, got there at 2.30 and room wasn’t ready which was ok. They knew I was on site and I had to ask three more times before room was finally ready at after 4pm. Not good enough and no urgency from the staff to do anything. At 4.pm I was offered a bottle of water for the delay, very disappointing experience for a place that otherwise was nice
