Naprawdę idealny apartament… Lokalizacja perfekcyjna, do przystanku ( Chociaż wszędzie można szybko dojść pieszo) w stronę Valetty idzie się krócej niż minutę, a w stronę Silemy dwie minuty. Samo mieszkanie idealne. Klima w każdym pomieszczeniu, chłodno, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, dużo miejsca, cicho, fajny balkon, mili sąsiedzi🥰 Nie wyobrażam sobie lepszego mieszkania niż te… Naprawdę Polecam!!!

Bardzo fajny komfort mieszkania i lokalizacja. Wszystko nowe, wygodne łóżka. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Piękna Malta.

Bardzo niski poziom personelu hotelu. Po przyjedzie wieczorem odebraliśmy ze skrzynki klucze do mieszkania. Próbowano nam wmówić że otrzymaliśmy mailowo kod do klatki schodowej. Okazało się że nie otrzymaliśmy, tylko wchodziliśmy na klucz ale sami do tego doszliśmy. Zgłaszaliśmy od pierwszego dnia pobytu brak internetu i przez cały tydzień go nie było. Pani odbierająca zgłoszenie twierdziła że zgłosiła i nie ma w całym budynku. Konfliktową strasznie osoba.

Clean and spacious apartment. Good location.

Very disappointed with the service. Air conditioner of the main bedroom was not working when checked in. After due diligence (I had to follow up) maintenance people visited in evening next day, could not sort the issue. Several other issues - no batteries in tv remote and AC remote, could not stream on WiFi, some plug points not working...Although paid for 2 bedrooms, used only one smaller bedroom due AC issues. The maintenance team could not repair the AC and offered to come the next day i.e. the third day. However we declined as it was disruptive to our holiday. The company also offered to send some batteries etc the next day, i.e. third day of our visit but I refused as I was really fed up following up the issues. Prior to check in, the company had sent a form with a long list of legal disclaimers, which I signed. However in return the service provision to us/guests was not up to standard.What about our legal rights for deficient services?

Everything was perfect.

The location was good. They have properly working ACs. Close to bus station.

We were surprised from the fact when we arrived in the apartment there were cockroaches. Some of them dead some still alive. The reaction of the personal was unsatisfying. They told us to go to the shop and buy repellents by ourselsvs. We tried several times to talk to them and someone to come to deal with the problem, but without any success. This was very unfair. In the end of the day we were the pest control and buy repellents, spray them, end clean the mess. Very disappointing!
