Peachtree Suites

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had a lot of amenities. However, the lobby smelled like they were filming a cheech and chong movie. Parking is not on site, its an added fee and is a walk, about 5-10 min. There is construction on the street that shut down the road, so my family and I had to load the car on a busy street double parked and in an unsafe manner for check out. The area around seems remotley safe, but it was 5 degrees when we arrived, so it may not be as safe if more people were out. However, its located close to a bus depot which could be useful for some. The night checked in employee called several times checking on our arrival time. We arrived at 1030 pm and it seemed like an inconvenience for them. No where did it state that they expected us at a certain time, only that check in was after 4. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this was a first. They asked us to call 5 min before arrival so they could be there, so i do not beleieve that there were any over night staff.

It had no laundry area and gymnace as in the description.

We liked that the hotel was a couple of blocks from the Journal Square Path Station as well as the 119 bus to Port Authority. The room was spacious but the gym was not in our hotel we had to let them know when we wanted to go so they could give us a code to go to their hotel next door. There was a coffee shop but it was not in our hotel it was two door away. The food and service was good. Instead of a key, you are given a code to both your room and another for the front lobby. There is not someone at reception until about 10am they said up to 12:00 pm. We were never out that late so, I don't know. There was a lot of construction going on across the street. It didn't bother us but they do start at 7 am. Overall, we enjoyed our stay it was different than what we've been used to but the water was hot, the room was nice and warm and there was a full size fridge and stove. I loved the mirror in the bathroom unfortunately it was too high for me to see in it but there was a nice full length one on the door. I wish they had a king size bed but my husband and I managed with the smaller size. It was comfy. I would have liked to see two end tables instead of just one. There is no phone in the room. We had our cells so that was fine. I liked how the lights in the hallway were on a sensor this saving electricity. The elevator was so smooth we couldn't even feel it move. A lot of times when we were coming in, guests leaving would let you in while they left. I question security after hours.

Comfortable suite, plenty of space and overall great stay. Construction on the road made it a little challenging to get to, but overall enjoyed our time.

big room

There was dust on the bed sheets and entire room. Got rashes on skin due to dust. When asked the reception to get it cleaned or change of room, they replied no room was available and no cleaner would come until last day of our stay. Disappointed with the service and uncleanness. However, neighbourhood is well connected and Path train station is very close by.

Full kitchen

Personal items were stolen from the room. Manager is a joke. Not processional at all. Never again.

Disappointing Stay: Lack of Cleaning and Amenities I recently stayed at this property for 5 nights/6 days and was disappointed with the lack of cleaning services and amenities. Pros: Convenient location: Close proximity to the PATH station. Cons: No cleaning services: No cleaning was provided during our entire stay. Limited amenities: No vacuum cleaner or basic cleaning supplies were available. Inconvenient bathroom essentials: Had to wait for the cleaner to obtain bathroom tissue and towels. Dirty extra pillows: Unusable due to poor hygiene. Under-equipped kitchen: Insufficient dishes, utensils and cookware. Recommendations: Improve cleaning services and frequency. Provide basic cleaning supplies for guests. Enhance kitchen amenities. Ensure cleanliness of extra pillows and linens. Consider flexible distribution of bathroom essentials. Rating: 2/5

There was no staff anywhere to be found in the morning to check out and get a receipt. I went to the lobby to ask a question and nobody was anywhere to be found. Went back 20 min later and still nobody there. I called and nobody answered over a 30 min period. The room itself was clean and had the amenities needed. There is no parking within 3 blocks and the road it’s on is mostly closed as there building 3 high rise buildings.
