Studio 6 Extended Stay - Savannah, GA - Gateway & I-95

Nothing, unless you like to live with bugs and filth dont stay here. They should pay people to stay cause they aren't worth a penny!!

Everything, I had to move 5 rooms. They are dirty and roaches every where. Housekeeping dies not know how to clean rotten food left if fridge and microwave. Air donts work in there rooms, the last room I was in toilet was broken and bed only had a sheet, no blanket. I asked where the blanket was and was told to just turn the heat up and I should be fine. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

It was horrible first they gave away our reservation then put us in a filthy room

The pool was dirty and the lining on the bed had holes and stains

It was so disgusting, mattresses were extremely dirty,their were spider webs, everything was dirty, and the smell of mold was disgusting, I have never stayed at a place like that.

The manager was very nice and there was a young lady that worked mornings that was nice

When we got into our room, there was only one towel..hanging on the bathroom door, dirty. We asked the morning girl for clean towels. She wrote it down and said we would have clean towels when we got back to the room. When we arrived back at the room at about 4:30, we still had no towels. Just the dirty one hanging on the back of the door. My husband went down to the office to ask for some towels. There was a different girl in the office and he was told that housekeeping, maintenance and the manager were gone home and she was not able to get any towels. I went back to the office along with my husband. I asked the girl what she was gonna do to get us some CLEAN towels. I will admit that I was probably not being very nice but I was stern. She asked me did I really expect her to do anything for me when I asked her this way. We argued with me telling her just that we need towels….i know this sounds petty but by this time that it was the principle. She just kept saying that she was not doing anything for us. She finally went to the back and called the manager, that she had told us was not on proper, and told him that he needed to come get us out of the office or she was going home. While she was in the back, I told my husband that I physically had to sit down. She came from the back and said “yeah, you are gonna need an ambulance”. My husband asked her repeatedly if she was threatening his wife. She would not answer. The manager came straight to the office, apologized repeatedly and got us some towels.

After getting disappointed twice and having to find my my own room I liked the interior and the style of the room with the stove top and bed was comfortable after a long night I atleast got a good rest

I was put in the first room, Room 450, but the lights didn’t work, and neither did the TV. So I had to walk all the way from the back of the hotel to the front just to change my room. The lady at the front desk was cool—no complaints about her customer service besides the condition of the rooms, but that’s not her fault. She trusted the system and what housekeeping approved or supposedly cleaned. She gave me another room, which was next door to the previous one, Room 449. I walked all the way back to the back of the hotel again, opened the door, and the room was dirty—both beds had been used, and there was trash around like someone had been staying there and just ran to the store. At the end of the night, I walked past Room 339 and saw the window was open and the room was clean. I went back and told the lady at the front desk to just give me Room 339 since I had already walked by it, the lights were working, and it was clean. Which basically meant I had to pick my own room after a long trip, a long night, and a horrible day. All I wanted to do was chill, relax, and regroup, but it was hard at that motel.

I liked the microwave and the fact the room had a normal size refrigerator.

There was no hot water in the shower, The bed was a little dirty and hard and no shampoo or soap in the shower.

I am trying to get my money from you guys 2 days.I want my money so I can get a room.Somewhere else?I will never book with y'all again my lawyer told me that I need to quit talking to y'all and just and let get handled elsewhere

I don't like how every act like they don't know what they're doing. And how they're doing it, and I don't like how the girl sister is gonna cancel at 4 AM never cancel it. I feel like she stayed in that room and was sleeping and have it all prostituting out of it or something. Now I got money missing, can't get a room and y'all won't give me my money back. It is not that hard. It's easy for you to take it. Easy for you to return it.
