There was mold, bed bugs, roaches, someone’s underwear and tshirt, and food from however many people had been in that room before me. The counters were nasty and the shower and toilet were dirty. The ac in there was broken and the door stuck so you had to force it open.

The front desk attendant was the only nice thing!

It smelled like weed in every room and in by the pool and outside, people were just walking around and made it feel very unsafe and uncomfortable! Some of the staff were very condescending when we asked to switch rooms, not very pleasant! Room door barely locked and shut! Very dirty inside the room and outside as well! Overall not a really nice place to stay!

I travel a lot and have been in all kinds of rooms including low star rated while I was on a tight budget and I've never been disgusted like I was with this stay. I've never had to ask to switch rooms. I got a handicap room with the roll in shower and it was completely uninhabitable even for a night. I walked in and all the drawers were open and there were spiders in their building a web, a bunch of weed crumbs, and God only knows what else. The sheets and everything were outdated and nothing like the picture. There was a film of scum and dust over the entirety of the room on the furniture, and the shower hasn't been cleaned properly or at all in at least a year. It definitely wasn't big enough at all for someone to roll their wheelchair in. It was rusted, molded, mildewed, and overall completely neglected. The entire room was neglected but the housekeeper came in and left the sheet with her initials and date that it was cleaned two days prior to my stay. Impossible.. I immediately went back up to the front desk and kindly ask them to put me in another handicap room because the one they originally put me in wasn't clean. He didn't push the issue and went ahead and changed my room over, but there was no concern or care at all about the condition of that room. My new room wasn't any better besides the shower was in a little better condition than the prior room. It's a good thing that I always bring my own sheets and blankets and my TV when I travel.

I absolutely love this hotel, I’ve stayed here 3 times and each time, I’ve gotten a better, cleaner room.

The outside facilities get quite messy sometimes, and I do feel the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly.

Shower drain clogged - almost no toilet tissue - only one small bar of soap for a two day stay

Housekeeper sent to my room.at before checkout time , entered my room , unsure that it was still occupied even though room was booked and paid hours prior .

Booked and couldn’t even stay in the room due to debilitating conditions of room bed and horrendous smoke smell. Had to cancel and go elsewhere
