Waiting for elevator can be long especially during breakfast and checkout time.

I like the staffs the most! They are so friendly and nice! I LOVE THEM ALL! Also, they bring Indonesian culture into their hotel. They also recognize Peranakan culture as theirs too which makes me happy as an Indonesian-Chinese. The food are GREAT! But I wish in the future, they provide empek2, otak2, and martabak too. The room is so beautiful too and really2 has Peranakan style. It felt like I lived in an old time The spa is also very recommended! Want to try other massage in the future.

The first is the room: too small despite it's really fancy and I don't think it's worth my money. The second is the location: How on earth are you so near to the Summarecon Serpong Mall yet feel so far? I think it's because of the bad city design. This is not the hotel's fault, but I just need to say it. I love to walk; I can walk for almost two hours nonstop. IMO, the mall is very near the hotel, but it's so hard to walk. Why is there no zebra cross in this kind of modern area? I need to take a grab just to go to a nearby place. I feel so lazy. One other thing about the location is why there are so many bars. I don't mind people go to bars, it's their choice, but during weekend, those bars have music blaring non-stop for hours since the afternoon! It's really annoying and so selfish of them to force other people to hear their bad music and bad voice! You guys need to do something about this! Especially when you guys moved me to the other side of the room. I was so disappointed, all the positive feelings are gone after I saw my new room. I don't mean it's bad, it's a good place for 2 people, but I traveled alone, I want a single king size bed with one long guling (dutch wife and yeah, I know it's not really a guling but for me it's a substitute for a guling). I also felt scammed by the hotel, you guys should warn me so I don't need to move to the other side of the hotel at the very last day of my stay. I'd rather you tell me at the very beginning than this. I was sick back then, I tried to sleep at 15:00, but I couldn't because of those selfish narcissistic people who sing very badly trying to destroy other people's vacation and stay. I also hear many selfish narcissistic with raging motors. I don't know if it's the hotel's fault for not using thick glasses or because of the city planner or maybe someone else.

The food was great. They have different varieties of foods.

The lift took so long to get up and down. They need to upgrade their lifts, because they have a lot of guess which is nice. And then the room where we stay 1704, the telephone always beeping every after 30 seconds day & night. It's disturbing especially at night when we're sleeping.
