El apartamento estaba nuevo, con un diseño muy elegante y la sauna en el baño fue un verdadero plus. El personal es amabilísimo y estaba siempre disponible por Whatsapp para cualquier duda o para venir a buscarnos en coche.

Si vienes sin coche dependes del servicio de shuttle gratuito para ir al restaurante para el desayuno, aunque suelen ser bastante rápidos y llegan en unos 10-15 min máximo.

Beautiful view from bed and saw the aurora one night, the jacuzzi was amazing in the cold weather also

Too much light pollution as the office lights stay on until very late effecting the view from bed as with the street lights from other buildings, we were in the first cabin opposite the office building so this may not have been an issue for cabins further down

The view from our room was amazing. I also loved having a sauna and a laundromat in the room. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They supported us throughout our stay. Such a great team!!!

The cabin we stay in has good view of the sunrise and sunset, and the glass roof allowed us to catch the aurora at night without getting into the cold. The staff members are warm and hospitable, making the whole experience a very pleasant one. The hotel provide complimentary transfer from our cabin to any part of town which made us feel safe and well taken care of in the extreme cold weather. The WhatsApp communication by reception was prompt and provided useful information whenever we have questions.

There was no bath mat for the toilet, so we could not dry our feet after shower. There was no tissue box in the room, when we requested for it, they brought a pack of wet tissue, which was useful. Thank you!
