I stayed in the studio suite, and it was very spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed having the bed in a cozy nook. The towels were absolutely the largest, softest, best towels I’ve ever used in a hotel. The entire team was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged activities for me including two nights to go aurora hunting. On one of the nights, it was cloudy. But our driver went above and beyond, driving 2 hours north until we saw auroras. I feel like most other Aurora companies would give up, but he didn’t. Also, they will not go out Aurora hunting if they don’t think they’ll find any, ensuring that your money won’t be wasted. It made me feel like they were focused on the guests’ experience over just making profit. I also want to give a special recognition to Christian and Satu. They were incredibly friendly to me and made me feel like family. I was a solo female traveler, and I felt very safe there. If I needed anything, they were always available. I even accidentally called them in the middle of the night, and they checked on me first thing in the morning to make sure I was ok. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed in the 38 countries I’ve traveled.

Really good location and staff There was a shuttle bus until 9:30pm to take you to the village, grocery and restaurant. The staff were very friendly The room is luxury and has Jacuzzi and sauna We were lucky to see the Aroura from the cabin on my our second night We also booked the Aroura hunting trip and it was just 30 min drive and lucky to see the dancing Aroura

I liked everything about the property. It started with a warm welcome at the transfer from the airport to the resort. Enjoyable ride that despite I barely seen outside because of the darkness, we had a nice conversation with the driver and got awesome tips about the attractions available there. The restaurant at the hotel is one of the best, I would say that during my entire stay in Lapland, the best dinner and breakfast was over there at their restaurant. The drivers were always punctual, picking us up from the accommodation to the attractions (ski resort, ice karting, shopping, etc). The room with the sauna inside and the jacuzzi outside was a unique experience. I totally recommend it.

7 stars experience, jacuzzi perfect, sauna perfect. We rent a private cabana fir 2 hours the fireplace + grill and we buy food at supermarket with wines. Really diferent moment fir me and my wife.
