Aurora Collection

Huge windows overlooking the nature and even northern lights! We took millions of pictures of the northern lights and the sunset and even the snow storm looked so beautiful in the comfortable setting of the room. The jacuzzi and sauna are perfect too. The service is impeccable. Jani is the best host ever! It’s about 15 mins walk to the alpine skiing resort and 30 mins walk to the village center (up the hill if back to hotel).

Our four night stay in a Skyview Suite (#11) was spectacular. The suite was so quiet and relaxing, with a large, heated, north-facing window above the bed for aurora viewing. The "living room" was also super comfortable and there was a convenient, small "mud room" just inside the front door to change into/from cold/snowy/wet weather clothes/shoes. And a private hot-tub just outside the front door. It was a short, easy 1.6 km walk to/from town, along a convenient walking trail through the forest, adjacent to the roadway, and only a 5-10 minute drive from the Northern Lights Village, where many high-quality activities were located (i.e. dog-sledding, reindeer-sledding, snowmobiling). But best of all were the extremely friendly and helpful staff of Aurora Collection - they all took such good care of us from start to finish! Including taking us on a highly successful and awe-inspiring aurora hunt; and shuttling us back and forth to/from town and the activities with almost zero wait time (impressive!). We can't thank them enough for their kindness & helpfulness (Essi, Thomas & Jani). Our only regret was not having the opportunity to meet the owners - but with so much going on during peak season, it's understandable.

The location was great, the property and rooms were beautiful. The hot tub was lovely. It is a very good location to view the aurora.

Breakfast is just enough. If you have a big appetite like me or just like hearty breakfast spreads, you will be very disappointed.

Everything! Wish we could have stayed longer. Their care and support was amazing, the room was gorgeous. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed and certainly a top one in this town.

Nothing. It was perfect. You pay for that perfection mind, but it was worth it.

This property was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very accommodating and were available on WhatsApp for any questions or requests I might have. The Arctic Studio is so aesthetically decorated and I love how the room had its own sauna.

The design was very authentic. The inbuilt sauna was a nice add on. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and always cheerful. They recommended us the restaurants and arranged all pick-ups very swiftly. Very comfortable accommodation.

The breakfast options could have been a little bit more varied maybe.

Beautiful, warm and cosy room, glass walls and windows were perfect and the hot tub was amazing. Staff were so friendly and available for pick ups/drop offs, and the hotel was close enough to the village so you could walk - it was a beautiful walk through snowy landscape.
