Loved the staff and how close the hotel was to everything.

I didn't like that there wasn't an AC. It got hot at night, and the fan didn't help.

It is very well located close to the main square. It has parking facilities. It has a good price and it is very clean. Staff is friendly.

It is not a luxury hotel. Small details require attention like the lamps and the shower. But the bed is comfortable . I would not complain about daily noise since we are early birds. And I was not bothered by any nighttime noise since I visited during the week.

It was ok but the only downside was they wanted to sell me WiFi password 🔑 I been in 4 and 5 stars hotels 🛍️ in all Mexico and always WiFi was included but not here that's the only bad other then that it's a great place I'n nature

Terrible hotel con goteras, mal olor, la Tv no se veía bien, baño muy pequeño con olor a caño y con agua o fría o hirviendo, en general una pésima experiencia, que no volvería a regresar

The distance from hotel to attractions is the only positive

Too noisy late at night into early morning. Club/Bar across the street was too loud till about 2am every night. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, pillows were even worse. Windows to lobby were not secure felt unsafe.

Great location, small and comfy room, it has a lift. Parking is a bit far, however you take your car there and they take you back to the hotel, which makes it safe to not let your car to a valet.

Maybe AC could be good to add, however with the fan is ok. Bed was a bit hard, maybe for some people could be an issue, but no big deal

Decía que tenía estacionamiento y no es cierto, afuera de la propiedad hay lugares para estacionarse pero hay viene, vienes, que cobran por que dejes tu auto ahí, no están tan mal las habitaciones pero no es lo que esperaba por el precio
