fue muy buena la atencion, me agrado la ubicacion y el servicio de ballet parking, solo me hubiera gustado que el cuarto contara con aire acondicionado

It is not a 4 star hotel, if its summer, the ventilation is not very good and although an air vent is provided, there is no convenient place where to put it, they dont give you towells for hand and feet, it feels very basic, maybe a 2.5 star hotel at the most. The night staff was very friendly but the day staff not so much. The location is really really good, and the valet parking is very convenient.

Hotel con excelente ubicación para caminar o tomar transporte a dónde quieras ir en Guanajuato. Desde aquí puedes caminar a todos los museos y con ganas, hasta la presa. Estás a 5 mins caminando del Teatro Juárez. El hotel es limpio, el personal amable, y las habitaciones espaciosas. Totalmente recomendable. Estacionamiento: en general en Guanajuato el estacionamiento es tortuoso. Si no necesitas auto, no lo lleves. No se si el hotel tenga convenio con alguna pensión.

Estrategicamente bien posicionada, los recorridos para conocer los atractivos del centro se encuentran muy cerca del hotel. El precio es muy accesible para viajes de placer.

Solo fue una noche. Dicen que hay parqueo pero es a más de 1 km. Bien ubicado el hotel pero mucho ruido. Deprimente por dentro. Las habitaciones muy viejas, los baños muy regulares… en la ducha habían pelos, las toallas perfectas para una exfoliación. Si esto no le importa puede quedarse ahí. Yo no volvería

Very clean, staff were friendly & helpful. Centrally located - everything walking distance. I loved getting my morning coffee up the street and my pan dulce & fresh OJ down the street. Just a few feet away.
