No water in hotel and staff didn't cooperate to solve this problem

O pessoal foi inexcedível .

Além do que já referi, o “all-inclusive” não o era de todo e gerou muita confusão, o que foi desconfortável para nós. Não gostei de ter de pagar as bebidas à parte quando tinha adquirido um “all-inclusive”. Não gostei da comida, da limpeza. Troca de toalhas existiu apenas parcial. Não foi resposto o papel higiénico.

Omar, the driver, was the best. Staff is very polite, especially Mohamed. Breakfast is good. Things were very clean.

Everything was great upon our arrival Amazing food from the terrace in the fifth floor. The staff is great and know what and when to do anything. Thanks for the owner who have upgraded our room for free.

Absolutely amazing experience at Oasis Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect.
