Pyramids Oasis Hotel

Staff were friendly, but the room condition itself wasn't great, poor bathroom toilet , mustquitos in the room, but staff have us a spray, the restaurant and food was not so good either

Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were superb, very helpful and friendly: comfy beds, lovely shower room and the restaurant on the roof was a must! delicious food and lovely staff. Nothing was too much.

I travelled alone and felt safe in the hotel - the staff were really good from the cleaners to the reception (Mohammed from reception was excellent) The waitering service was good - Anis one of young teenagers and the quality of food was excellent along with Portion sizes being big.

The hotels needs a refurbishment -fresh coat of paint - updated furnishing etc - thats why i have marked it down from 9 to 7 apart from that every else was fine

The property is clean and well managed. The staff are decent and welcoming. It’s a very good experience and best value for money

Rooms and facilities were fair. I would not think it is a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star.

There was a set menu for dinner with not much variety. Even then some dishes were not available. Basics like bread also ran out for breakfast and we had to do without.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean.

Service was very personable.

We checked out at 4:30 am. And there was no electrical power, so we had to pack in a dark room with the lights of our phones. We had to carry our luggage down for 4 flights of stairs since the elevator or telephone weren't working. And there were bed frames standing and semiblocking the rest area between stairs flights. I tripped and almost fell. Luckily, I had my 2 suitcases protecting from hitting the ground.
