"Le service laisse à désirer"

Hotel bien situé à proximité du vieux Montréal . Piscine chauffée sur le toit de l'hotel . Petit déjeuner buffet correct avec un bon choix

Cet hotel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un Hyatt . Nous avons eu une alarme incendie à 04 h 00 du matin . Fausse alerte mais une seule personne pour gérer les clients . Nous nous sommes retrouvés en petite tenue dans la rue avec les pompiers . Le lendemain pas un petit mot dans notre chambre . Pas un petit geste . Rien ! Personnel un peu débordé au PDJ. Pas de sevriette pour la piscine à partir de 16 h00 . Pas de personnel de surveillance à la pisicine qui éviterait certains debordements. Pas de chausson dans les chambres . Bouteille d'eau non remplacée . Au moment du chek out question mécanique du personnel "Tout s"est bien passé ? " Je réponds"non pas du tout " Pas de réaction de l'employé . Pour moi établissement qui n'offre pas les services attendus

The location was amazing. We didn't have to go far to experience Old Montreal; there were numerous places within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very cordial.

The buffet selection was sparse, with no variety at all. The ceilings in the rooms were left bare, with no paint or other decorations. It gave the impression of an unfinished building. For the price, I expected more comfort.

Breakfast wasn't the best food I had on my trip, but for what it was it was great - unlimited coffee and decent food to start your day and get you through a longer day if need be. The staff stood out. All of them exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for that reason

I am having a hard time filling this section out. There wasn't much about that property i didn't like. It was really very nice. maybe the buffet breakfast quality? The menu food quality was very good though.
