Hyatt Centric Montreal

Locatie is top, je wandelt in een paar minuten de oude stad in en naar de haven. Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers, verwarmd zwembad op het dak met mooi uitzicht. Restaurant is top voor diner en ontbijt.

The view and locations were great

Some things weren't super clean, namely the coffee machine in the room.

I liked the location and the front desk/lobby staff. The room was fine, nothing exceptional but fine.

There was mold on the ceiling of our room. The restaurant had some issues for breakfast on one of the days we were there, it took almost 1 1/2 hours. The parking lot under the hotel is a little challenging to park in.

Everything; quiet location but near metro and bus station and restaurants; great modern bedroom and exceptional comfy bed; breakfast and staff were excellent. Enjoyed the heated pool.

Couldn’t open window - no option

The staff, particularly the managers or the leaders at the restaurant and the security/door men were incredibly kind and attentive. The location is wonderful.

I had to fight the body wash bottle pump to get a drop of body wash. I informed house cleaning before they cleaned my room and they said they would look into it but I still had the same issue. In their defense however I told them that I suspected the bottle was empty so it could be that they topped up the bottle or replaced it but the pump remained faulty. I was surprised not to have some of the amenities like the complimentary slippers in my room when I arrived. For what I paid I expected more and was surprised the TV didn't work. I have visited Hyatt in Montreal twice but will now explore alternatives so I can compare and see if the others are better.
