Solicité en la reserva una habitación silenciosa y me dieron una en un segundo piso donde se escuchaba súper fuerte la música del restaurante que a las 20:00 pm aún la tenían altísima. La apagaron solo hasta las 22:00 pm. Adicionalmente la habitación supremamente fría y húmeda. Los jabones que me entregaron sucios no sé de qué cuando abrí uno de ellos. La recepcionista cero cordial y por todo lo anterior preferí no prorrogar mi estadía y buscar otro hotel.

Pésimo estado de las habitaciones, los baños con instalaciones viejas, no sirve el agua caliente todo el tiempo, no dan cobijas de más. Huele a húmedo y a viejo la habitación. Se siente mucho ruido de la calle y casi no se puede dormir
