Excellent location, lovely property; had everything we needed!!

Having a tv in the drawing room so there was comfy seating….however this was only because the Olympics were on, wouldn’t normally need a TV! 🤣

It’s in the centre of Bath. That’s all.

We thought the place was spacious, but it wasn’t at all. The place is not like photos at all, it’s very small and dark. We had a group dinner which was impossible to cook with more than 2 people in the kitchen. I messaged the owners to make sure there are enough pots but guess what? There wasn’t. There is a patio with some chairs and a table which all rusty so basically useless. We made a special request of not having any dairy products in the place while we stay and they said all good. But there was cow’s milk pods, and muffins. They could have just served vegan muffins or not at all. We could have appreciated it if they had some plant based milk but there was none. The communication was extremely poor. They didn’t send us the safe code for the keys. I had to call them an hour before our check-in. I messaged them if they have coffee pods for the machine they provided, they messaged me back an hour after we checked out. No apologies for not following the special request as well. We booked the place for our wedding to have a cosy time with our family. Completely failed. I wish we could get our money back.
