Proximity to beach couldn't get any better. Staff were helpful and friendly. View was amazing.

Hidden fees - wifi is not included in room price. Valet parking is required and rate varies. Food was decent.

James who we dealt with was terrible, very very nasty and rude, made our stay very uncomfortable. We were very upset

Room was not great.. TV was broken the entire time could not use it. Toilets broke multiple times. Never had any hotel experience like this before Terrible.

Staff was terrible. We had a very bad experience with the reception people working there. They were rude, unfriendly and had little or no will to work. We looked for the resort fee in the reservation, which we did not find, and they insisted of charging, and in the meanwhile they mocked us. They were insulting and disrespectful, to the point of ridiculous; threatening to call security, to a family group that included of 5 kids, years 5, 3, 2 and 2 babies age 0. Never had I have in family trips, such a bag experience particularly with personnel. Also, we had water falling from the ceiling due to the AC all over moquete floor, which left it completely wet. We had to turn off AC

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel, gorgeous views from the Suite and place was very clean

Bartenders at restaurant, tiki, and family pool were all awesome!

Beach chairs and umbrellas could not be used and were being held for guests who never showed. We were deny d and then sat looking at them empty for hours. Not the best.
