Oceanfront Palm Beach Resort & Spa Singer Island

The property was located on a beautiful beach. I loved the pool area. The staff was very friendly as well.

When I got to my room the first closet I opened had men’s underwear in it. A staff member came to my mom and informed me that the closet should have been locked. The room I was in also has a broken hairdryer. I called guest services and was told I couldn’t get a new one because I booked through an outside source.

Nothing, left after the first night of a 4 night booking.

The room was infested with roaches. In the kitchenette cupboards, drawers, running up the walls and across the floor. Disgusting place and disgusting service from the property management who refused to help, and ignored my messages.

There wasn’t a lot my family liked about the property. The pool staff was nice and apologetic when it took over an hour to get food after we ordered. I’m guessing they forgot about us because I didn’t see any other food going out or being ordered. The beach was clean. The pool was nice. The lobby was clean. Our waiter at the adult pool was very attentive and nice. Also the man at the Starbucks in the lobby (in the morning) was wonderful and very kind.

Our room was disgusting, bed linens were stained and nothing had been cleaned in our room. The larger bedroom sink was dirty and the sink in the other bathroom the handle was broken. When we ran the water in the bathtubs it was yellow indicating that the bath tubs had obviously not been cleaned either. The furniture was old and worn. The front desk staff was very uneducated and very unhelpful.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for valet parking every day and that I had to pay for beach chair and towels every day

The property location, amenities & staff were wonderful!!!

The cost of the food and beverages was pricey.

Location was great!

$40 a night for parking was not good

I would like to be more clean
