Oceanfront Palm Beach Resort & Spa Singer Island

Beautiful hotel. Staff was great. Starbucks was good. Free drink was cool 😎. Bar tender water good. Jan hooked us up with snorkeling gear at the beach ⛱️. Kids got to make slime. Water slide was a hit for the kids. 2 pools

Carpet was dirty, laundry dryer didn't work, shower did work, but they moved us to a clean fully working room it was a beautiful room so we were very happy after that.

It was amazing!! Had lots to offer! Staff was friendly. Great pool, kids loved the slide.

Pool slide needs to stay open past 6 pm, with check in time at 4, it really does not give kids enough time to spend using the slide. The light over the ping pong table needs to be little bright, at night it was hard to see.

The valet was terrible, watched one of the employees retrieving our vehicle almost crash it into another vehicle. Our bathrooms were dirty and one of the bedrooms had dirty pillows on the bed. The windows were filthy so we could enjoy the beautiful view through the windows since the balcony door was also unable to be opened. The resort staff did not want to be bothered with us and kept referring to the fact that they could help us as we booked with a third party.

The upkeep of the room

The pools and the slide were a big hit with our kids. The stretch of beach in front of the hotel was nice. Loved having beach towels provided.

The room was dirty. Not a lot of variety/affordable food options on property. Didn’t love that it was valet parking only, we must have missed that in the fine print when booking. So many hidden fees we were not made aware of during booking. The almost $40 daily fee was a rip off and not worth it. Would not recommend booking through a third party— issues we ran into were not handled by staff as efficiently because of it. For instance, we ran out of toilet paper, and had to practically beg the front staff for another roll to get us through the rest of our stay, all because we used a third party booking. Be leery!

Great Place family enjoyed themselves very much. Chris, our server during breakfest was friendly and spot on.

Only issue we had was ordering lunch at the pool. Only 1 person to take orders waited 45 minutes for the order. Not sure if there was not enough staffing ?

I loved the room was super big. There was a water slide. It was very beautiful. Guest Services via phone were excellent especially James and Tay was amazing!

Little staff and some staff didn’t know much about my questions. The waves were very high. The beds were really bad

This room was very run down n needed repairs - carpet dirty, sofa mattress with stains, disposal broken.
