Guest services were terrible! I requested an early check-in at the time I made the reservation because I knew I would be arriving early morning from a cruise with my family. I received a confirmation email. When I made it to the hotel to check in the hotel had no message and couldn’t honor it. When I should them my email, they said it had to come directly from Guest Services because the suites were privately owned. They called and emailed Guest Services and no one answered. I called, emailed and messaged Guest Services as well as left a voice message at 9:40am and no response. We were given access to the resort amenities and had to hang out till 4:00pm check-in. While checking in throughout the day to see if someone responded I met another guest whom had the same issue who told me she had met someone with a similar issue in the suites. These suites cost a lot of money and are non refundable. We deserve honesty upfront and better customer service. I knew we were going to be tired and needed to rest before continuing our vacation celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We were a party of six. If we couldn’t get on the room early I would have went elsewhere. Better yet if you’re not going to answer stop sending SPAM mails!!! I still haven’t heard from anyone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I will definitely NOT be back!

The property is an apartment in Marriott Building which is a nice building. Dated, but overall OK.

The apartment is the whole different story. The most dated furniture, dirty and the words luxury next to it is a bad joke. Few examples   * Feces smeared on curtains * Trash behind furniture * Dead roaches plastered on the ceiling * Torn curtains and missing curtain hooks * Rusted  balcony furniture * Upholstered chairs with holes * Dirty windows The luxury suites owner is responsible for service, cleaning, etc. If you don’t like to be in their filthy place, or they overcharge you - good luck to you - it’s non refundable the second you hit reserve, they don’t respond to your inquiries at all. My specific requests for privacy were ignored. Felt totally disrespected by the accomodations owner. Vacation time and dollars are precious. Not worth wasting it with this company.

The location is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. We ate at the restaurant twice, the food and the service were excellent both times. The large soaker tub in the room was a bonus. Unfortunately, the plug for the drain did not hold water, so I had to keep it running. I finally gave up because I felt like I was wasting water.

The couch was a little old and tattered, but we spent most of our time on the beach. The freezer was frozen shut but they did send a maintenance person to come up and repair it.
