Everything was great except for our room. It looked like a murder scene.

Our room had blood in the bathroom, on the rugs, all over the carpet and sofa bed. Broken glass. I have pictures and videos of all this. They still haven't given me my refund. Been back and forth since October. Hope this will get them to move.
