USThe staff was the best!! Christina was kind & attentive. Luis went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of. Really appreciated him helping us! Location to venue was great. Vibe & decor were fun. Pool & hot tub were awesome. Comfortable beds.
Airplanes flying directly over. It’s a pretty noisy hotel. Nothing opened up on time so hard to get good coffee in the morning.
USLocation 0/10 Tried to charge us $112 per night of valet for one truck and $65 for a small car. Atmosphere is decent its nice inside but not worth the hassle Rooms are very small Whoever the hiring manager was needs to take a look at the front desk associate Kelly. -100000 for her attitude. She has no manners Does not know how to answer questions without attitude Terrible over the phone as well. She set the mood for the whole trip. Can’t even imagine the hell the other front desk deal with from the aftermath of her attitude. Terrible hire. To top it off they have no manager on site because they were fired recently. I wonder why…. I had not even left to drive to my trip and they kept charging our card on file. We have gone to so many hilton hotels and we have always paid at check in or check out. They will try and authorize different amounts. $100 a night deposit is insane. Anywhere else its anywhere for $100-150 period. Not per night. Parking is just impossible. Everything for miles is designed to force you to pay the valet. I would NEVER come back to this hotel. There are such better hotels to go to. The only two people that were kind was the front desk Luis and the overnight Valet guy. On top of this security will sit inside by the pool eating and watching guests in the pool. Awfully uncomfortable. This whole experience was so saddening, my family and I wanted a nice getaway and instead we started it by dealing with Kelly.

DOThat it was located right next to my event location. Also how beautiful it is, the pool and common areas are very well kept. The staff was great.
The price for Valet service and that the Gym was very basic, for the price they charge and for how beautiful the place is in general, the Gym was disappointing.

JOthey took 120 USD when I checked out without telling for what.. and they didnt refund the full deposit account also for no reason
USShout out to Ms. Kelly at the front desk!!! She made our check in so smooth with her contagious smile and give us information around the area, very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place.
