The Lum Hotel Los Angeles Stadium District

The food was not the best the drinks were midnight bell hop at check out Nor did they care about how my bags got to the car lmao like ok u paid now get out type of vibe

Hotel was fine excellent location for the Forum. SoFi, or Intuit dome. Didn't go to the bar or have dinner there, but I thought breakfast was only marginally better than free buffets offered at opther Hilton properties. The menu was limited and when we asked for ½ and ½ for our coffee, we were brought the fake coffemate stuff. I got the impression that Hiltonrequired the restaurant, which appears to be more of a sports bar, to offer breakfast. The menu was very limited and for spending over $300 night for the hotel we would have expecteda better breakfast offering. My POV is if you are going to offer breakfast do it well. Not a huge deal, the staff was great and hotel was fine. Another point we asked for change at the front desk for tips, and we were told we don't keep cash here anymore. Finally we were charged $55 plus taxes for valet parking, no self park option. We thought that was excessive.

Wir hatten 2024 unter dem alten Management hier schon einmal übernachtet und hofften, es wird alles viel besser. Cristina in der Rezeption war großartig, wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer ohne Durchgangstür gebeten und sie hat es möglich gemacht, nachdem wir erst eines mit Verbindungstür hatten. Die Lage ist eben sehr gut für die Veranstaltungen ringsum, und es gibt auch einige Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der TV und der Balkon und der Pool sind gut. Bett (Kingsize) war bequem, Bad recht gut. Die Flugzeuge sind nicht besonders laut. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt, weil sie nicht so hoch waren.

...das Anthem - früher ein Sonder Lüm - läuft nun unter Hilton und es wurde einiges optimiert, aber: Wasser im Zimmer nur für Hilton Silber oder höher, zu wenig Personal für die häufigen Wechsel aufgrund der Veranstaltungen, wir hatten deshalb keinen Zimmerservice, die Aussendus hen beim Pool wurden abgebaut, der Fitnessraum ist gelinde gesagt eher ein Abstellraum und wenig liebevoll. Das Personal muss früh anfangen und lange arbeiten, dass heisst, man hört es bis Mitternacht und schon wieder ab 6 Uhr, da die Zimmertüren sehr schlecht sind. Der Pool war nicht oder nur wenig geheizt- das war vor 2 Jahren noch anders. Also alles in allem wäre es gut, wenn Hilton in Türen und Zimmermöbel investiert und den Fitnessraum herrichtet und Wasser für alle kostenfrei ist. Und wegen der Nähe zu den Veranstaltungen ist es eine Empfehlung, aber sonst eher nicht.

All these people were incredibly polite, helpful, and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Hospitality is key in this industry, and they were the most hospitable pleasant people as a group I’ve ever been encountered. They should be commended for their helpfulness and friendliness

Luis made our experience amazing!

Luis made my experience at Anthem memorable! He was welcoming every time I entered the lobby, informed about the happenings both in and out of the hotel and was able to answer any of my questions with both knowledge and levity!! On a personal note, I’m not as heavy of a sleeper as I use to be. The planes are very present when trying to fall asleep, but nothing some earbuds can’t fix. Note that if you don’t opt in for valet, street parking can be difficult with events happening nearby.
