Studio 1 Hotel & Extended Stay - Missoula

smelled really bad inside the whole motel. room wasn’t even fully cleaned.

My first room was dirty but they did move me to a new room was a little cleaner.

The room was okay all though the shower didn't work

Near a grocery store, and near the bus line, not far from.the shopping mall gerat!!!😀

First I must say that I have stayed in some dives before, so my opinion is a pretty sound one. I've never stayed anywhere that was so ridiculous. The lady that checked us in was close to rude. I asked for a pet friendly room from the begining so don't understand why the fee was not in my quote. We could not even shower as the shower was broken. How do you even run a place like this the bathtub was discusting took the attendant and hour to find us pillows and much more

Ralph katy and crysral were the front desk ladies who were nothomg but kind and helpful during my stay. Ralph spent an hr trying to track down my reservation thru booking.com and katy was sweet any underztanding the next day as we navigated our dr appointments and needed to stay a half hr past check out

I would not go thru booking.com again i woukd have preferred to just deal with the hotel itself

Nothing. After the 2nd night in the morning the housekeeping tried walking in my room at 9am? then 2days later 7at night a random guess walked in my room?. Then 2 days later the maintenance guy at 830am walked in my room unannounced? 3times me and my sister privacy was infringed on by the staff..then I go to make a complaint. Front desk says they'll refund my card. Waited until last night I got nothing. So I go and talk to front desk ralph.says .it's documented in the computer about the problems Ive had..I asked about the money not back on my card. And I wanted to pay for another 7days. She says Kristy says because of the incident with the maintenance man..I can not stay at super8 or extended stay hotel1? Wtf..so i waited until today to talk with the manager micheal. He's says he will not pay me my mo ey back and I have to leave. Then called the missoula police department. Why? I'd like some help to understand why these people are so unprofessional and Inconsiderate to they're own behavior. Me and my sister were treated unfair. And I am complaining.
