Studio 1 Hotel & Extended Stay - Missoula

The fact that there was a different motel up front to transfer my stay too.

The hallway going down to the room they org. Had reeked of urine! We were apauled!

Ease of check-in. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Stocked vending machines.

Entrance doors were not secured. Anyone could just walk in at any time. Twice someone tried to open my door. There was a Guest smoking a crack pipe in the parking lot. Floors in room were dirty and stained. Bed was rock hard. There was food left in fridge. Power outlets were loose and would not hold power plug in. (Had to flex power prongs to pinch outlet). Pillows were old and flat as a pancake. Bathroom towels were old and bleach stained. Tub does not drain correctly. Was standing over ankle deep in water from an 8 minute shower.

The hotel charged me an extra $1,035.00 on the credit card with out notifying us. When we called about the charge the hotel wont call us back.

I stayed in the Studio One building of this Super 8. The front door - meant to be opened by room cards only - was broken & hung open. The room I was given had cleaning carts storied in front of it for the night, caulk/sealant over the light switch, walls, AC unit. Food crumbs under the bed, hairs on the sheets, sticky tops of cabinets, broken TV. There is no way I could have slept or relaxed. I was given another room down the hall. Trading slightly more cleanliness for a loud, inefficient AC & a missing coffee pot, dusty lights & sheets. I used my camping gear on top of the bed to sleep. Clearly, there are long term tenants staying here - a note on the door without any dates - threatened that management could come in the room and look around. Lights flickered; carpets stained. An embarrassment to Wyndam properties and to management for making anyone live or stay in those conditions. Despite asking multiple times - the staff would not give me a name or contact info for manager.
