I was pleasantly surprised after looking at the reviews. The capsules themselves are mostly creaky and loud only at the entrance and they feel pretty sturdy once you’re actually inside. The common areas looked clean enough to me, considering the amount of guests. We checked in right before midnight and went to sleep around 3AM and everyone was quiet and considerate. The experience of the capsule itself was fun, I enjoyed the lighting and sci-fi vibe but maybe that’s just to my childlike sense of wonder so might not be for everyone. If I’m ever in Madrid again, I’d like to stay here again.

Me gusto que estuvo limpio siempre, los baños y lá cocina

El personal tarda demasiado en responder , estuve 10 minutos afuera sin poder entrar porque nadie me respondió y cuando llegue mi casilla no servía y fueron otros 15 minutos para que me asignaran otra
