La ubicación y precio.

Las cocinas mal equipadas, no hay zona para comer, , cápsulas mal insonorizadas, colchones que como tengas un poquito de peso te clavas el suelo. Me robaron un Don Simón y malos acabados (cosas rotas, las duchas poca presión por la cantidad de cal y no había ambientador se olía todo) NO HABÍA HORNO

La limpieza, el personal por teléfono muy agradable,y las instalaciones.

Estaba MUY sucio, todo. La capsula, lavabos, escaleras, duchas… 1 lavabo de mujeres y uno de hombres, 3 duchas compartidas para 20 cápsulas.
