This is a perfect location for peaceful stay. Here must be mentioned about their food quality and kind service. Variety of north indian dishes and equal amount of south Indian dishes available in Breakfast. They bring real country taste in each items. I loved it. Chef JYOTI , who has prepared sprout dosa, kuzhi paniyaram and sagu uppuma, with extreme level if taste achieved. Most of the dining sessions, chefs were interact with us and get our feedback. It is really good initiative Eventhough it is buffet breakfast and dinner, their staff take care of services all time purva one of the best service provider with kind.

The property is perfect if you don’t want the hustle of downtown Mumbai. It is in the industrial area about 40 minutes out, around 1200 Indian Rupees uber into Mumbai. The hotel is lovely, staff are excellent, as is the food. Breakfast was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay outside the central area.

Stayed on 4th July Night with family We have been upgraded to category "Deluxe" , one of the finest rooms in the hotel on the 12th floor. Excellent views. The room was very clean, large and thoughtful. 5 stars for the room. Very helpful staff members . Very much appreciable attitude. Anyhow, we are not happy with the quality of food served in the Buffet Breakfast. Main Serving place touching side wall to be reorganized with Visble tags. Most of the dishes lacked taste and real flavor. So, we have decided to skip lunch even after the Chef offered us complimentary "Veg. Biryani". We ordered Veg. Club Sandwich and Ginger tea when we reached the hotel. Veg. Club Sandwich was delicious. No complaints. We ordered Veg. Fried Rice with other items for dinner . Unfortunately, we found a small hair in the rice place, which is not acceptable in terms of Taj or any Standards. We can give 2-3 stars for food quality .The reception staff were helpful and polite. Special thanks to Harshita (Don't remember her full name , but it starts with "harshi". Service is too slow. It need to be improved (Both in the room and in the restaurant).

Our stay at Vivanta was absolutely wonderful. We booked it for two days and had a truly memorable experience. The hospitality, ambiance, and food were all exceptional—everything was up to the mark. Special thanks to Chef Jyoti and Nupur, who went out of their way to make our stay even more comfortable. Chef Jyoti surprised us with delicious dishes, especially the vada pav she made for breakfast, which wasn’t even on the menu—it was a delightful gesture! Nupur was incredibly helpful during our checkout, thoughtfully arranging food and essential amenities for our road trip back. Her care and attention really made a difference. A heartfelt thanks also goes to the kind lady from in-room dining who arranged a cake for us at midnight. I had requested just a slice to celebrate our anniversary, but she ensured we received a whole cake from the hotel’s side. It was a lovely surprise, and the cake was fantastic!

Veg starter was good. Pineapple juice and watermelon juice was not good. Half of the juice contains water. In main cource, didn’t like paneer Hyderabadi gravy and veg kolhapuri at all. The taste was not that good as its a very demanding gravvy in veg.
