Vivanta Navi Mumbai Turbhe

My stay at Vivanta was pleasant. The food, housekeeping services were polite and impeccable, as expected from the Taj Group. I was a little disappointed with the airconditioner, as Mumbai is not really a cool place, thus air conditioning being centralized in hotels becomes a little bit of a hassle, when it comes to personalization for a guest like me. I wish there was an advance knowledge by the hotel staff to the guest about the different kinds of pillows. Plus, a minimum variety of soft drinks, snacks, chocolates would be good at the minibar. Additional assistance is always there. Yet, I had an overall good stay at the hotel. Keep up the excellence.🙂

Luxury property, courteous staff. Great food. Everything about this property seems great. The rooftop pool bar is a great place to hangout

The room was very relaxing. We were upgraded and got room on 14th floor. The dinner was excellent. The buffet has lot of options. All the staff were very welcoming and loving. They took good care of us. The food was amazing both at dinner and also at breakfast.

Stay was good. The restaurant and service was excellent. Room was clean and tidy. On 12th June there was power tripping (for 3-4 times) though generator back up was there. The following morning (13th June) the water supply in the wash basin and shower and toilet was very muddy and turbid. The technician attended to it quickly and clean water was made available, but could not explain the reason. The overhead/underground tanks may be checked for cleanliness.

Rooms are clean and tidy and the service is also good, what can be improved is the dishes variety, i feel more varieties need to be added to the menu

Gulab jamun swept me off the feets.. Mr.Sachin was very kind and attentive and rest of the staff is also active and sophisticated as required and the overall dine in experience is good the place is comfortable quite and classy, whoever os reading this yes you can visit here without any second thought.

I loved the feel and welcome of Vivanta Navi Mumbai 1. The staff are great and very responsive and very helpful, always helping with a smile. Tushar who is in housekeeping came with with a smile and loaded with positive attitude, did his work silently and effectively leaving the room spick n span. All the staff I must say, whether housekeeping or front office or food, are each and every one of them very very helpful and always smiling. God bless you all. Keep smiling and ever growing.
