Delightful hotel like visiting grandmas house. Yes there is a sulfur odor in the lobby but thats what the springs are known for. Dinner was excellent, unfortunately never made breakfast but sounded delicious. Hosts were lovely and very welcoming.

The food was great. We even had dinner. Owner is a marvelous cook. I had some things I never had before. Bravo

Shower not enough pressure. It was ok.

Food was a solid 5 star. Property was clean but dated. Host was very accommodating. Overall it was a very relaxing experience.

This darling B&B is reminiscent of the "good ole days". The days when hospitality really meant catering you the guest's needs (especially dietary.) The owners are delightful and knowledgeable. The chef is also a Naturopath & creatively made many delicious vegan meals for us. The were also very accommodating with last-minute reservations. The spa was so relaxing. We especially enjoyed the special baths with water bubbling up from Red Boiling Springs. This is the only hotel in the area that still pumps in the water for treatments. The rooms are small, but that just added to the charm. We will be back!

I went here for a solo vacation. It's a perfect spot to completely get away from everything.If you're wanting to go somewhere off the beaten path this is it. The spa was very relaxing. The mineral bath was very nice, my skin felt great!!!!The staff was very nice. I will definitely go again.

I enjoyed everything.

The owners may be going for “olde-timey”, but the place comes off as dark and creepy. There’s an overload of dolls and knickknacks - everything covered in dust. The bathroom door in the room didn’t even shut all the way. A simple planer could fix the problem. It seems maybe these folks bit off more than they could chew when it comes to maintenance. It’s too bad because there aren’t many options for accommodations in the area. This place could really be quaint if they cleaned it up, fixed a few things, and turned on some lights.

It was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting out in the swing on the porch in the evening.
