Es ist sehr sauber ruhig sehr gut bis auf die Nebengebäuden sind noch alt also der Aussicht ist leider nicht so gut was das Hotel dafür nichts tuhen kann aber sonst alles sehr sehr sehr gut

Fiquei apenas duas noites e foi muito satisfatória a experiência staff muito gentil, apartamento limpo e com todas comodidades necessárias para ter uma boa estadia. Localização central e nas proximidades há várias opções de restaurantes e a 10 minutos de caminhada até o castelo de Kayseri. Café da manhã não está incluso mas se preferir pode tomar o café da manhã no próprio Apart hotel mediante ao pagamento de uma taxa extra. Recomendo este local a outros hospedes em relação ao custo x benefício fli muito bom.

Klima yok, bu yüzden pencerelerde sineklik olması avantajlı olurdu.

Das Familienzimmer mit Küche war wie eine kleine süße Wohnung. Wir hatten alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Es war sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet, die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Otele ilk girişimizden itibaren güler yüzlü ve ilgili bir karşılama ile karşılaştık, bu da kendimizi özel hissettirdi. Odalar tertemizdi ve oldukça konforluydu. Tüm detaylar düşünülmüş, bu da konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendimizi evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz

Comfortable and handy to go to the airport, quite close. Spacious and big apartment.

The staff was nice until they agreed to help us with the taxi to the airport. Although, they compromised the taxi would be on time to take us to the airport, it never arrived and after 20 minutes they called a different taxi. Loss of time, stressful moment and carelessness to get us a taxi on time. All of this while using the translator because they didn’t know any English at all. I highly recommend taking uber.

When we arrived, parking was easy around the building. Check in was smooth. The wifi is annoying though. We have to keep keying in our details everytime the wifi gets disconnected and it happened multiple times a day. The apartment was very small and it’s a little uncomfortable to move around with our family all there. It’s bearable. Bed is okay. Washing machine works great. Toilet a little stuck and water isn’t draining if splashed outside shower. I have to wipe the floor everyday to prevent stagnant water. Around the apartment have many choice of shops and restaurants so we’re very happy with that. It’s a good place to rest while we spend our day around Erciyes and Kayseri. The only unbearable thing is everytime someone next door uses their washing machine, the sound is so loud in our apartment. It kinda disturb our rest.

The location is quite central and only 30 minutes drive to Erciyes if you are going skiing. The apartment is very clean, spacious with full amenities. The washer is a big bonus. The staffs are quite helpful.There are many shops and restaurants around the area.We enjoyed our stay!
