"Good location, decent apartment for the price"

Location was quite central in Kayseri - plenty of space in the apartment for a reasonable price

We requested a double room but were told at check in that there had been a problem with it, so they gave us a twin room instead

"Incredible value and immaculate apartments "

Great apartments , friendly staff, central location . Absolute bargain compared to the more expensive hotels! Supermarket 20 metres away , drinks shop (alcohol 100m) Park etc 5mins walk. Highly recommend

Modern hotel in very convenient location both for city centre and fact that Tramlines 1 and 3 are within 100m. Reception managers very good. Room spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy to adapt heating. Lift great.

Little things which could easily be remedied. No plug in kitchen sink, no safety glove or cloth to handle hot utenisils. Microwave in high kitchen cuboard (never used) not connected and would be very heavy to move down to work tops and potentially high risk if not strong. Fan in toilet not working.

Amazing exceptional friendly staff, we are visiting from USA , I've forgot my cellphone inside the taxi, with the effort of MR.Emre at front desk and his several phone conversation with taxi departments, finally he found the driver and my cellphone. I wanted to thanks him for all his kindness.
