Excellent

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were great. The nose level from the street was a little loud.

Pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our stay. Staff was professional and super friendly. Lowlands restaurant was exceptional. We’ll definitely stay there again.

We loved our dinner next door and the room was beautiful, albeit no view or balcony. The only real negative feedback we have was that, despite the noise machine they provide for you, we did not sleep at all. The traffic noise was horrible all night and there was screaming, loud motorcycles, and loud traffic noise coming at all hours of the night. Perhaps Friday night on and around King Street is too rowdy but we never had this problem at other hotels on the same road. We could hear EVERYTHING and was jolted out of bed multiple times with loud banging and motorcycles/motorbikes. Perhaps better insulted windows would solve this problem.

Place is amazing, every detail about everything thought out. Love the central location for seeing Charleston. I don’t think I’ve have a more enjoyable stay at any hotel, ever!

Beautiful and elegant

Wonderful experience! Staff was awesome and the room was AMAZING! Quality fixtures, furniture and appliances. The location was great. I was expecting a lot and the Pinch team DELIVERED! We will stay here any time we are in Charleston.
