The location and service were excellent. There was no dresser in the room which was inconvenient. Lack of dining and refreshments until after 5:00 PM was inconvenient.

The Pinch is in the perfect location to walk around and get to know Charleston. It is a stunning property. It feels like a home away from home. Amazing restaurants. The service is wonderful. I look forward to staying here again.

It was a wonderful stay! The clean and lovely room had a well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The coffee beans tasted mild and sweet; it's different from the breakfast coffee they offered. I hardly heard my neighbors talking, but the hallway was filled with the sound of door closures. The soft bed and pillows were too soft for me, but others might find them cozy. The friendly and helpful staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and departure. The hotel’s communication was smooth, with professional and responsive staff via email and SMS. Kelly, in particular, was a pleasure to work with and left a lasting impression with her attentiveness and efficiency. The housekeeping service was great overall, handling all the regular tasks efficiently, which I really appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel offered turndown service. The only thing I noticed was that the hotel-provided drinkware and slippers were moved, even though I had marked them with personal items, causing a bit of a mix-up between my stuff and my travel partner’s. Otherwise, everything was great! For breakfast, the menu was simple but satisfying. The last night during my stay, I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Lowland. The dishes were delicious and the service was excellent. I’d recommend The Pinch to travelers who want more than just a place to stay—it's a comfortable, welcoming spot that feels like a home away from home.

This hotel exceeded every expectation that I had for my stay. The property is beautiful. I got the opportunity to be in both the kings bed and two bedroom suite and they were both stunning. The kitchen in the two bedroom was gorgeous. I was really happy with every aspect of my stay.

A wonderful property and the most friendly staff! Check-in and valet process were effortless; we even got a delicious welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable …it was easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. The only negative was that the windows were not as soundproof, and noisy cars and people outside were audible at night. Overall a wonderful stay though; we’d definitely stay here again!

The Pinch is absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect - close to the shops and great restaurants, yet on a very quiet street. The staff were lovely and attentive. The lobby is beautiful, and the room certainly did not disappoint. It was helpful to have a kitchenette with plenty of counter space. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and just really nice. The decor was simply stunning. It was also handy to have a washer and dryer. The little chocolate on arrival was a pleasant surprise, and the pastries at breakfast were delicious. I could not recommend The Pinch highly enough if you are in Charleston! Also, why we did not dine at the restaurant, it did look fantastic.
